I am glad to share my basic knowledge about the home first finance company. 

The company was initially founded by 3 members.

               The company was incorporated in 2010 having its headquarters in Mumbai. The HFFC offers home loans to both salaried and self - employed individuals. The main focus of the company is to provide affordable housing segment for their customers.

2. Products & Services:
               The company provides loans for purchasing, constructing, renovating and extension of homes. Also, they are providing property insurance and life insurance services.

3. Target Market:
               HFFC primarily targets middle and low - income households looking for purchase.

4. Key Investors:
               The company is backed by the private equity firms.

5. Branch Network:
              The company has Pan - India presence over a network of 70 branches with 905 workers across 11 states & 1 union territory.

6. Technology Adoption:
                The company uses mobile apps and a web portal for their customers to apply for loans and to track their application status.

7. Corporate Social Responsibility:
               HFFC is committed to giving back to society and runs several CSR initiatives in areas such as Education, Healthcare and Community Development.

8. Awards and Recognition:
               The company has received several awards including "the best performing National Housing Finance Company" at the NAREDCO Real Estate Awards in 2021.

9. Competiton:
               Though the company operates in a competitive market with other Housing companies, the HFFC differentiate itself through its customer - centric approach & technology approach to its critical success.

Bengali Sweet - Rasamalai

Rasmalai               Rasmalai, a traditional Indian Dessert and it is my atmost favourite sweet. I have always been crazy about rasmalai. The sweet is of Bengali origin. Rasmalai is popular during festivals and occasions.
